PRC REQUIREMENTS FOR MASTER PLUMBERS EXAM 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS: 

1.) Original & photocopy of transcript of records w/ complete date of graduation, S.O. number, scanned picture & w/ remarks: “for board examination purposes only”.

2.) Original & photocopy of birth certificate (& marriage certificate for married females) issued by the NSO. 

3.) Current community tax certificate (Cedula).

4.) Three (3) copies recent passport size colored picture, white background w/ complete name tag. 

5.) Examination fee of nine hundred pesos (P900.00) for baccalaureate degree and six hundred pesos (P600.00) for non-baccalaureate degree. 

6.) Original and photocopy of birth certificate and marriage contract from the Local Civil Registrar (LCR) if NSO copy is not legible.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS - EDUCATIONAL / EXPERIENCE: 

1) Non-degree holders / High School: 

a. Notarized Certificate of Experience for five (5) years signed by a Reg. Master Plumber whose date of registration is prior to the date of employment 

b. Certificate of Employment or service record 

2) For baccalaureate degree holders: 

a. Graduates only of Architecture & Engineering Courses. No work experience required for BSME, BSCE, BSSE & BSArch graduates. 

b. Two (2) years experience required only for BSEE, BSIE, BSManE, BSECE, BSAE, BSChE, etc.
